Idiotic beaurocracy (Associate Superintendent) causes problems and has no solutions, and the smart teacher finds a solution that works out best for everyone, and gets reprimanded for it.

Bureaucrats are always doing their little bureacratic things. Endless pointless meetings and enforcement of ludicrous rules. Office Space. Cheers to the "rebel" teacher :->
Potty breaks, from now on, are non-negotiable. As a teacher, I will leave my class unattended. So what if all hell breaks loose.

What's so bad about using a trash can (or, as I would say, in Britain, rubbish bin) as a toilet? Why do American schools have lockdown drills anyway?
